Returns Acadiana's Cajun Meats & Spices guarantees all of our products. We are very cautious in packing all of our products to ensure that it arrives to you in excellent condition. If for some reason, you receive an item that is damaged, you may return it to us at no cost and we will ship you a replacement. If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. All sales on perishable items are final and can not be returned. We cannot refund shipping charges on items in which you are dissatisfied. Replacement of damaged items will be re-shipped at no cost. Return Procedure Prior to returning items, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Be sure to include your packing slip when you re-pack your items in the same box it was received in and return it to: Acadiana's Cajun Meats & Spices, Inc. Allow approximately one billing cycle from the time you return your package for your refund to your credit card. FAQ In the event you should have difficulty ordering, go to our order help.
